Images of home

I live with Jeffrey in a nice little house that we rent on Nantucket Island.... It was his house first, before we met....Now that I have sold my house on Cape Breton Island, my "home sweet home" is all in storage....So I've been busy dreaming.....Some of these pictures I have saved over the years, so I apologize for not crediting some of the photos....

Wouldn't you love to take a nice soak in this lovely tub? So elegant with the chandelier....
I love wood painted white...Jeffrey loves wood ....hmmmmmm

This is from Country Living....love it!
What a sweet little house....
I think I got these photos from two lovely Scandinvian blogs....modern country, white living and min lila veranda....So beautiful and fresh...
Jeffrey makes all this kind of furniture and cabinetry for al lof my kind of people who like to paint it WHITE! We are in Washington, Connecticut , my old home town, these last few days. He is installing units like these in a client's home. I will feature his installation tomorrow.....

I love this hutch.....I'll have to get him to make me one....

Dandy! I love the Japanese lanterns!Again....I don't remember where these pics came from....but that will be one of my new year's resolutions....keep track of saved pictures links.....
I used to grow roses like these in my beautiful huge garden in Washington, Ct....haven't gardened much since!Photos of that garden are in storage, but I will dig them out and post them someday...I miss gardening!
I love this pet door...make me one of these too, Jeffrey!
Here I am soaking....
and relaxing......yum!
I love this smeg fridge...and the scallop boxes next to it.....They come in all colors....
My mentor in the garden....Tasha Tudor....
from Sweet Paul....

Hey! I'm getting there...that's my Studio!
Ahhhh.....
I have chairs simular to these in storage....I love the moss with the roses.....
Charming.....
And last but not least...I LOVE wood burning stoves....I used to have 2 in Connecticut...I don't like chopping wood....(Luckily Jeffrey does...but I love stacking it and bringing it into the house....It smells so good!
Happy New Year Everyone....follow your heart....follow your dreams....xo :)
