Easter Eggs On Easter

I have been traveling and landed at Mom and Dad's House. So I haven't been good at posting the last of the eggs. Here they are!

Mermaid eggs.

Two happy gals.

Then I painted another pastel egg. The last for this Easter season.
Whew....

Mom puts on a nice spread.
This is the pretty tart that we had for dessert.

The helebores are blooming.  Pansies and crocus add to the mix.

There is Ben again with a bunch of tulips and daffodils.
Happy Easter everyone!

Yesterday's Egg

                                                                 The black egg.
It symbolizes the darkness before dawn.
Like Spring!
The daffodils are blooming here along with crocuses and snow drops.
Don't worry! There will be plenty for the Daffodil Festival  April 26-28.

Today I am opening the shop from 10 to 5, so come on down and get your eggs!

Thanks for looking!

Night Time Easter Egg

I think that I am caught up now.
I painted this after we ate dinner.

A bit of an obsession, these eggs are.
I started the black egg but I switch to gouache paints when I paint on black. That will be fun. Haven't done it in a while.
Why not look at another lovely link?
TTFN :)

Purple Easter Egg

I am falling a bit behind, but here is another egg.

Purple power  :)

How about a black one next?

Back to the studio!
Thanks for looking, and here is a lovely link!

Easter Egg A Day

Hello. Another egg. Jeffrey likes this one.
I like painting with black. Must be my Russian/ Polish heritage on my Mom's side.

I found the awesome box with this great fabric at the thrift shop.

I love it when that happens! So they go together,no?

Maybe I will do a purple one tomorrow!
Here is a lovely link and thanks for looking!

Easter Egg A Day Egg-stravaganza

Hello.Another egg.

Black designs on pink stripes.

We had a dinner party last night, so I never got to post my egg :(
But we had fun! I made THIS for one of the dishes.
Jeffrey usually cooks, but I can too.
I like vegetables, so I always include one more with the meal.

I haven't posted pictures of our new digs, but now I have a great big studio.
Jeffrey calls it my "factory".
I'll post another egg tomorrow and all of the things that I made last week.
And all of the things that I will make today.
After I pin :):)
Have a great weekend!

Easter Egg Aura

I didn't post an egg yesterday because when I took the picture in the evening, I thought that the light wasn't right. So I took the photos this morning, and it just seems like this egg has an aura, no matter where I take the picture.

Behold the holy egg +

I took the picture using a wooden plate that I had painted for the background.

I'll be posting the next one later today!
Thanks for looking, and here is a lovely link!

Easter Egg O'Rama

Another Easter egg finished!
They are really for any occasion.
Some people buy them for Christmas decoration.

Some buy them for their egg collection.

You can see the top of the egg where I will put a little brass cap for hanging.

This is the base.
And HERE is a lovely link!
Thanks for looking!

Easter Egg A Go Go

A nother day, another egg.
I used a black box that I painted years ago as a backdrop.

Wouldn't you love to have black wallpaper?

I put a bunch of things up for sale in my etsy shop. Go take a look!
Thanks for looking and see you tomorrow with another egg...

Happy Birthday Marty!

Today is Marty's Birthday! He was born 29 years ago in Boston  during an ice storm, kind of like
the weather today.

Welcome to the virtual Birthday party.
We'll be having some beautiful sushi.

Mr. Peanut pancakes for the kids.

Lama curry....yum!

Slimer wrapped hot dogs.
The first movie Marty ever saw was Ghostbusters.
He was  a wee one then.

For dessert, Totoro macarons.
And red velvet cake.

Won't you join us for a spot of sherry from Marty's new bar?
Happy Birthday to you!
I will post my egg for the day tonight! :)
