A Hot Summer Day

It's going to be a hot day here if they have the forecast right. (It usually isn't!) This looks like a good thing to have on a hot Summer day.
Mixed berries sorbet...yum!
With vanilla shortbread cookies...from the wonderfully talented Helene at Tartlette. Keep cool!
