Fatty the Finch and Auggie the Doggie

Fatty the finch was very friendly today. Auggie the Doggie usually gets all the attention, but he was a good boy.....

What a handsome lad!It has been unusually warm for the last few days....But just wait! More valentines coming and a Butterfly fairy to celebrate springtime in January.....

My wee fritillaria garden

I planted 60 frittillaria bulbs todayhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritillaria_meleagris in a little patch under a tree in our garden. I surrounded it with some of my heart rock collection, and scattered around some ceramic mushrooms that I made. We'll see what comes up! The ground is still warm,so I'm still planting!

The fluttering Butterfly Lady

This is one of my favorite cards that I have designed.It is a Lady opening her purse and out fly a bunch of butterflies!The big ones fluff up for a 3 d effect. I have a weakness for butterflies as well as mermaids. And, I am selling this card in my etsy shop! Have a look......

Fatty the finch

It was kind of cold this morning...balmy by Cape Breton standards, but we're in Nantucket!

Look who was sleeping by the window when I got up this morning.....Fatty the finch....she just sat there near the bird feeder while I made Honey some coffee. The birders were out doing the Nantucket Island bird count. Check it out! Tweet! Tweet!
